Forum Corrupt Graphics

I've already posted a support ticket.

I created a 3.84pl2 test forum, uploaded my backup database, upgraded that to 4.0.1 -- and found that it was text-only. I figured out the problem after someone posted "4.0.1 no skin".

However, I have a second problem: the graphics are corrupt.

FOR 4.0.1, all you have to do to see an example is go to http://www.woodwindforum.com/vbtest/admincp/index.php See that "tire-track" black line. There's variants of that all over the forum. None of the buttons or standard icons show up, either. I tried installing a different Style, for gee whiz, and it looked the same.

So, I decided to do a PLAIN VANILLA install of 3.8.4pl2 in a different directory and ... same problem, only the graphics look a little better. See http://www.woodwindforum.com/vbtest2/index.php.

I've tested on two different computers, two different operating systems (Win7-64bit, WinXP) and several different browsers (Opera 10, Firefox 3.5.7, IE 8) and it's not a local computer problem.

My "live" forum, running 3.8.4pl2 looks just fine (http://www.woodwindforum.com/forums).


Any ideas what might be the problem?
