Suite about unicode

can someone (better if any vb official) answer these questions:

1. does the forum/suite fully support unicode?
2. if no, when will? give at least an estimated time-line.
3. it seems many people are suggesting some workaround for using unicode.
   how will those solutions interact when vb forum+suite fully supports unicode? will there be any compatibility issue?
4. if possible, describe the best way to enable unicode.
