Forum "Post Permissions" links problem

All of the links in the "Posting Permissions" area (bottom of forum pages) which seem to run through "misc.php" are pointing to a page that is...not really a page. I'm having trouble identifying what it is. There is no formatting to the page and it looks like partial content. It *looks* like it is displaying part of the menu in an HTML list format, the search box, and (part of?) the breadcrumb navigation followed by the "first visit" notice.

I checked this board and it's not having the same issue - is anyone else having this problem and/or is there a possible fix for it? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
