First of all, i think this publishing suite is a joke, i don't think the pricings are unreasonable, but each part should be sold separately instead of selling bundles. Some people would just want the blog, and not the cms, and some would want it vice versa. I also believe those that "Paid" for a owned license of 3.8 and is still "Active", whether it's after or before the release of gold should get vb4 free, they already bought the software and should not have to buy it again. Also the blog for 3.8 should be updated aswell, we paid $60 for it, and we should be able to use it in vb4 if we already paid for it.


One of the best advertisements of vbulletin was word of mouth, that was probably what got you guy's to the top. You keep ripping off your customer's by having everyone buy everything back, i can promise vbulletin will not be the most referred product people would advise other's to get.

You guy's do have fanboy's in your corner however, that will keep you going for a little while, but i can't say how long it will last. It's the new team's reputation now, whether they are gonna screw up the long running vbulletin reputation is in their hand's! __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
