Forum Enable PM / Notifications for all users

I tried to enable PMs for all users by runing the pre-defined SQL Query "All Users* Yes* Recieve Private messages".

Code:

UPDATE forum_user SET options = options + 2048 WHERE NOT (options & 2048)
Executing this I ge the message:

Affected Rows: 0 (0.0154s)

And PMs are not turned on.


Can someone help? Is there something else that needs to be enabled to allow the PMs? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
