Forum class_core.php(3900) Error on 4.0 Upgrade

I upgraded* with no issues* my test forum. I have the new default style selected and deleted my old one's all together. When I go to the forum* I receive the above error and the page is missing all the css information; it's just a white page with text.All plugins are turned off. Any ideas on what I did wrong? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
