vB 4 will ruin my Banner

I have a banner that goes atop each page of my forum with a rotating graphic that looks cool when the page is refreshed or the members go to a new page.


Given the new location of the log in and user details* this banner is going to be totally ruined?

Why didn't vBulletin give proper consideration to what I expect are many forrums that have banners across the top of their forums? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
