Regarding vB4 and vB3

I just ordered vB4 (will take a while to clear* payed by paypal/bank)

My question is.. will I be able to get vB4 to look like vB3? I'm guessing vB4 has the look of this forum vbulletin.com/forum - I'd like it to look like vB3 e.g. gcgaming.net or official-fusion.com/forum/

Also* would the same mods still be available to vB4 as they were in vB3? like vbAdvanced or vbArcade

Sorry if anything is not clear enough or this is the wrong forum.. I've never paid for a CMS/theme/template let alone a forum so it's all new to me but I know how to manage it lol __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
