Will VB allow walled-off areas (with pass-through ad revenue)?

I have a use case where my site would host a whole community of blog/forum sites that are currently run independently all over the web (a specific subject matter). I'd like to be able to offer the folks running these sites the ability to continue to collect ad revenue generated by their traffic.


So* what I think I need is the ability to set each one of these "fruit stands" up with their own sandbox (blog* forums* etc*) and be able to have their ad revenue credited specifically to them.

Sorry if I'm asking this in a clumsy way - not a deeply technical guy. Happy to clarify or provide more info.
