Hacked! Need help fixing a few more things!

I was hacked a few days ago by some Islamic Group and they put up their config.php file instead of mine. I was using 3.80 and I uploaded all the 3.84 patch 1 files and upgraded to the new version.
I also had to gain access via tools.php because they changed by admin password.
I manged to change database password* admn and ftp passwords
I am having another few issues.

When I click on "Transaction stats this is what happens. That doesn't look
correct. I think they still have access to the server.

2. For some reason the forum email is broken now. Not sure what they did


Can you please help me? ANy suggestions?!
