Forum hosting advice please

I’ve only very recently purchase vBulletin so still finding my feet.
I’ve read various comments on the web about speed issues and where is best to host a vBullentin forum. As you can imagine my head’s just about mashed by now.


I’d be grateful if anyone could point me in the right direction where other sites are successfully hosted* and any tips I should look out for. In the long term I’m hoping to include AdSense on my forum if that makes any difference on where to host a forum.
