Import VB3 into VB4?

How easy is it to upgrade from VB3 to VB4? I have a rather large forum* with lots of modifications on it. I wan't to install VB4 WITHOUT any of those modifications. However* if I simply use the same database* I know that there will be a lot of leftover junk in there from the modifications to VB3.

So basically* what I am asking... is there an importer so that I can import all my users/posts/usergroups/forums/moderators/etc into a new clean database? This way it will only import the essential information and none of the stuff that was incorporated through mods? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
