Page Refresh in Thread View not Working Right

Here's my dilemna.

In threads where I have ongoing discussion with a decent amount of members* I usually use the Quick Reply function (no click enabled* quick reply is always there) since its quicker to post. Naturally to see what others have posted if I sit idle for a few seconds i'll the hit refresh button. the problem I'm having and others are having is that when I hit refresh it's taking us back either a page or 2 or 3. So now we have to go and clock on the last page button.


This isn't really consistent either. It happens more often I let time go between a page refresh.

Any ideas as to why this is happening? Page refresh should either keep me on the current page or if the discussion moved to the next page* take me there. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
