Remove 75 day filter from Tipps forums

I suggest removing the default 75 day filter from this forum:

Most tipps in there are older* although still perfectly valid* and do not show up by default. You need to change the date range to see them. Even if newbies will look into this forum before asking* they're probably not very likely to realize that there really are much more tipps. They might not even use the search function on that forum because on first glance it looks that there simply isn't any more. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
