Not sure if this is the right place to post this* but I didn't see anywhere else that was appropiate.
Anyway* I need to download vB from the member's area* and got my customer number in there to retrieve the password. It's been some time since I've used it* and has since been lost. Anyway... I've hit the send password button a million times (slight exaggeration) and still haven't received it. It's not going to spam* or junk mail folders... I'm just not receiving anything. Is there something up with the vB email server?
Or is there another way to reset my account info* such as calling a phone number? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated
