Style issue

<div>Hey guys I've been working to convert my wordpress CMS home page style to a VB style. I got it working for the most part but when you go to the register page the register.php file was floating off to the right. I got a tip to add around the register_rules template. It seemed to fix it except in FF the page is all messed up. Is there something that Im missing here, how do I fix this?
