[NEED HELP] Converting phpBB2 using Impex

I want to import my phpbb2 forum to vbulletin but got this error:

The source database entered in ImpExConfig.php does not exist.
I know..I know...most of you would say RTFM and I understand that
But, the thing is I follow the manual and up to the step where I got it working on my test forum (under admincp there was "import" option) but when clicked it says the above error.


I'm sure I did wrong here but don't know what! So, can you tell me if I want to import/convert a phpbb2 database:

1- Where should I place the phpbb2 database? Inside impex folder?

2- How exactly or what exactly should I enter here:

How to make this work? Please advise.
