Hi, I am a owner of a vbulletin license. For about a year and 3 months now, I have used my vbulletin license on a community site. It has now gone rouge with overpowering admins and have decided to pull my license from the domain. I have just a few questions:

1. Who is the rightful owner of the post/threads on the vbulletin software site? The license holder, or the domain owner? Since the vbulletin software was used to make all post/threads, would it fall to the license holder since they own the software?


2. If the old vbulletin site were to import all the post/threads and data into a SMF when the license has been revoked, is that a allowed?

3. Who owns the database, since the database was created by the host, but the information put into the database was created by vbulletin, does the license holder have all rights to the information in the database since his license number was used in creating the database?
