Creating a read only forum

I'd like to create another forum on my board with tips on HOW to use the forum (since some of our members aren't that…er…techy). I'd rather have it in that format than making them search the FAQ's for answers.


My question is how do I set that up? I want the new forum to be visible to all, readable by all, but only writable by administrators. I can see there is an option to close a forum to new posts, but I'd like to avoid having to go into the control panel every time I want to add a post to that forum.

I'm still new to vBulletin, so I apologize if I should have found this answer somewhere on my own. I did look, but couldn't find what I was looking for. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
