Free forum services capable of data tranfers?

I plan to start an online project sometime in the near future, and need a forum to serve as a development base. I have not the funds to pay for web hosting or maintain a server, and would rather not mingle with either until I am older. When that day comes, I will be transferring my board's data to a vBulletin. Until then, I will need to use a free forum service capable of said data transfer. I would prefer this service to also feature custom domain names (via mapping or otherwise).
