Running 3.8.3 but getting a 3.7.2 error message

Hi,
I had vBulletin 3.7.2 running on a test site and impexed a forum from DC Scripts. Everything worked out great.

I then impexed in a forum from PhBB3.

I associated the users and ran most of the counters. All the forums, posts, and users are showing in the forum itself but the clicking on memberlist gives the following error:

Can anyone please shed some light on what I did wrong or how to repair this? Also, why am I getting a 3.7.2 error if I'm running 3.8.3?

On edit: I just looked at the database table user and all my old users are gone. Only the new ones are showing.
