Upload of file failed.

I'm starting to give up. I've had this error for a long long while now, and at all attempts.. I can't stand it anymore. Vbulletin support completely looked in to the issue, even on a test board and they said they don't understand anything of it and mentioned it is a server problem. I contacted my server, and they don't even understand it doesn't work. Here's the current file diagonstic:

No errors occurred while opening the uploaded file for reading. You should be able to turn off the "Upload In Safe Mode?" option without any adverse effects.
Safe mode is on, yes, I know. It was off, and I asked if it could be changed on. Doesn't matter if it's set to on or off, I still get an upload of file failed error when I upload avatars, signatures or attachments. Even attempted to use "Safe Mode Upload Enabled" and "Safe Mode Temporary Directory", the uploads still fail.

Yes, all the attachments permissions are set right.. I even attempted multiple files, I still don't get it. I tried so many things, yet all failed. Heck, this has been tried as well:

(yes, we are using the latest Plesk version: 9.2)

It doesn't work either. If you have any suggestions, please share. I'm all lost. The server even attempted to make a server wide /tmp folder that effects all the domains, that even doesn't work. And yes, chmod of the folders */tmp or /files* as I customly used that folder has also been set to 777. Vbulletin doesn't know it anymore, so I'm asking for help.

You know what the odd thing is? Some plugins are fully able to upload without any kind of problems, and even MyBB attachment upload are working without any kind of errors. So what's up? Why doesn't it work for vbulletin? Help is much appreciated, as you have no idea how irritating it is not getting it to work. Especially when you try for over a month. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
