Alters on your site.

We have banned a few members lately as I find as your forum grows you find alot of troublemakers and whiners. They seem to fight and then we say something and then they come in and tell us where to go. So we just simply ban them for 30 days. Then they come on as an alter. So then I made it so I have to approve them before they can do anything. I get about 25 new members at the minimum per day, which makes alot of extra work. So I check there IP with where they said there from, and I check to see if there email is valid with the same place I check there IP, I type in there email address, it does a quiry with that provider and comes back if its valid or not. Then if its not valid I delete it.
I want to go through and find some of the trouble makers say to there buddies a few things, they have so many alters we couldnt ever find them all, or they can go through a IP scrambler (huh!) and I can never locate them all. I notice one of the troubled members has an IP that 68 other people have and I am on that list, so I cant block that IP from my server, or I cant see the site.

I have 12300 members to go through and clean up the list. Is there any way to make this faster, and what are some other peoples way of making this whole process easyier? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
