One-to-one forum and prefixes

I want to make a "support" forum (category). Is it possible to make a threads in a category visible only for me and for the user that created these threads?

Or maybe I have to search on http://vbulletin.org/ for a modification?


And the second question - is it possible to add certain prefixes to the thread title like it is shown in the example below:


Resolverd - the thread's title
Unresolved - the thread's title __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
