Server optimization request

I'd like to ask you to take a look at my configuration because I have a huge load sometimes (once per hour between 5 to 10) and randomly slowness.

1. Is this on dedicated or shared virual server. If shared, how many sites share this server (ask web host if needed):

It is a dedicated server. I have two identical servers one for the database and one for the files.
