Multiple boards on different pages?

Is it possible to create multiple boards on different webpages?


For example, say I want to create a site dedicated to California and I want to have a seperate webpage containing a board and sub-topics specific for each major city in California (ex. Los Angeles, San Diego, etc...). I would like my users to be able to use consistant naviagation tabs to navigate between these webpages/boards that are specific to their city of choice.

Is this possible? Does it require multiple licenses?

I don't need to know how to do it, I just need to know if it is possible with vB.
