Show a new forum every 30 days

I'm trying to figure out how this may be done. I'm using aMember and vBulletin together (with the vB plugin for aMember), and what I need to do is to have a "12 month system" in the forums where each 30 days (or according to each month [ie, 31 days in July, 28 days in February) a new forum will appear for the Member (paid through aMember).

I've seen this on a few forums, but I can't find the actual solution for accomplishing this.

So, if a member signs up on June 1st, then by July 1st they should have access to the 2nd month forum(s).

Does anyone know how this can be done? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
