Forum Navbar "Rules" Button Link

Hello there,

I'm having a bit of a problem with a button on my navbar so I was wondering if maybe someone could help.



As you can see from the image, we have a "Rules" button on our navbar which links to a thread that contains our board rules and regulations. We are currently overhauling our rules to make them easier to understand and due to a lot of old posts in the current thread, I'd like to change the "Rules" button so that it links to a new thread.


The problem is that the "Rules" button is not one of the tabs listed in my Navigation Manager (where the Forum, What's New, and various social networking buttons are editable). The current thread was linked to the "Rules" button by our former Technical Administrator (who is unfortunately no longer part of our staff) and as such I have no clue how he set the link up to begin with.
