Forum Forum help needed

My website is hosted by Dotster and they recently moved all of their account to a new platform. My site has been down since 1/9 and I am desperate for some help. I'm not very web savvy but was able to install 4.2 and get it up and running initially but now it's hosed.

I originally created a folder called wwwroot under \public_html and installed the forum software there. After the conversion to the new Dotster platform it stopped working. A tech moved all of my forum files and folders up one level to \public_html which did not help. He left the files there so I went in to delete them and accidentally deleted the wwwroot folder. I decided to install fresh with 4.3. I assumed that my SQL database stored all of my user accounts, posts, etc. After the fresh install, nothing was there. I deleted the fresh install and had Dotster do a restore of my files. We then moved the vBulletin files to \public_html\forums.

If anyone can take a look at the site and let me know what to try next I'd greatly appreciate. Thanks. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
