Forum Moderating New Members

Guys, when a new member joins my site, I want to have the option of whether or not to accept them as members. Therefore, I have done the following:


AdminCP > Options > User Registration Options > Moderate New Members > Yes

However, some members seem to be getting accepted and are able to post without me giving them permission. I don't have a large number of members, only getting a couple of new members joining each day, so I want to filter those who are accepted and those who aren't, and I can often tell who is bogus based on their Username and email address. But is there a reason some members are able to post without my permission? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
