Forum style obsolete?

i'm currently upgrading from vb3.8 to vbulletin 4.2.0 patch 3, and whilst integrating the skin i have these problems

I have this at the top of main css in the template i'm trying to

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/admincp/css.php on line 451

Secondly, I see this message at the top of the main css, and no submit button at the bottom.

This CSS file is obsolete and is available here for reference purposes only.
It's also like this on the default style.


How can I successfully get by this and be able to edit my skins? __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
