I was thinking of the possible implementation of a reports/infractions center for vbulletin, like what IPB3 and php3 have. While there is currently an option to have infraction and post reports go to a forum, I think a true reports center would make things easier and would also allow a few improvements. Here are some suggestions. 1. For reports, reports only show to moderators who have permission to handle the report. For example, the moderator of the music forum would not see a reported post from the gaming forum. 2. Report levels. Some way of either allowing members to choose how offensive the post is or "points" are added as more people report that one post (this would stop multiple reports being sent in for one forum) thus to signify priority. Aso, if the report center could be seperate from the mod cp or atleast have have a link outside on the main forum that tells moderators how many active reports there are, so they dont have to login to the mod cp to check to see if there are any reports open. 3. Status: If there could be an open, under review and closed status for reports. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__ |
