navbits image problem

My navbar is not showing the navbits_finallink_ltr.gif for some reason. My image folder is outside of the main forums folder but the paths are all set correctly in the style and all other images seem to be working fine. The navbits_finallink_ltr.gif image is definitely on the server in the misc folder. I'm not sure how it is being "requested" though. In other words, the image is located here...http://www.shelbyforums.com/vbimages...allink_ltr.gif. If I click on the properties of where the image should be in the navbar it gives the following path.

I understand that the url changes based upon the name of the forum and/or the name of the post (the link above is from my Introductions and Greetings forum) but I have no idea how to check where vB is looking for this file to determine why it is not showing up. I do not have a vbiconimages folder and it doesn't appear that I need one since this image is located in the misc folder. I reverted the navbar template and still have the same problem.
