Forum Upgrade from 3.8.7 to 4*

I am finally financially able to do this upgrade and will go to 5 when it is stable.

Dumb question though, do I need to uninstall ALL hacks and products before I do this?

And then later go back and find updated mods and so on?

It has been a really really long time since I upgraded (as you can tell) so I just want to make sure I do everything I need to first so I don't muck it up.

I would also like to change domain names, but I think that would explode my brain to upgrade and change domain names at the same time.
