Forum Sql repeated error

Hi.

I keep getting emails with that error from my VB board :

The middle part is changing, sometimes it is :

I figured maybe it is just a sqlserver request limit or speed connection ?
The only sure thing is that my board isn't crashed, is it safe to say a board always generate error messages time to time ?
