Forum Move users to "awaiting email verification"

I moderate new users, and I was recently hit by a huge wave of spam registrations. The ip is always different and the usernames don't use any specific pattern, so banning specific words in the username is useless. I enabled email verification, but I want it to work retroactively on the users currently awaiting moderation (about 2,000 in 2 weeks) by moving the users that are in the user group "awaiting moderation" to "awaiting email verification" and then resend verification emails. The issue is that there is no option to move users to "awaiting email verification" in prune/move users. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
