CMS Inserting Images, placing them as attachments instead of inline

In the past when I inserted an image using the icon in the editor, it would insert the image "inline" into the article and not list it as an attachment at the bottom....perfect....exactly what I wanted.

However after one of the last updates the behavior is quite strange. In most cases it will not insert the image "inline" but instead put it as an attachment forcing me to open the attachment manager and then insert it inline.


This behavior is absolutely ridiculous and I was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I have listed it as a bug in tracker http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBIV-15494 so if you have experienced this or similar behavior would you mind adding a comment and voting to have the issue fixed.
