Editing the Welcome Email Sent to Moderated New Users

How do I edit the welcome email sent to new members of my site after I approve their registration. The email that is currently being sent is generic with all kinds of gaps in it, and the email I was able to edit in the admincp is not the email that is being sent to new members. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
