Want to improve Editor and one error HELP PLZ

Hey, Good morning i have some problem related to Editor.

1. BB codes are not working and showing as such. e.g.
Quote:

[SIZE=24px]اسر
یاجائے اوربھرپورسفارتی مہم چلائی جائے۔[/SIZE]

How to remove this error? BB codes are activated.

2. I have vB 5.0.0 Beta 18, the default editor is not looking so nice to make any thread easily, how to improve this? and how to make advance option as default? also wana to add 'insert image' and 'insert video' button in Editor.

3. I want such type of ingredients or improved form in my editors as here in which i am making this topic regarding smiles and post icon placement, tag bar and additional options. __DEFINE_LIKE_SHARE__
