Forum Any way to update links in posts after domain change.

Hi guys, I've just moved my VB4 forum to a new domain name. It's using the same database on the same host and all is running fine.

Just one question,

Is there anything I can use to modify existing forum posts that contain links to other forum posts.
For example, I have a forum post that is now running on my new domain , but it contains a post that has a link to another post in another section of the forum , and that link refers to the old domain name.

Can I modify all posts that contain links , so that they are changed to refer to the new domain.
