Forum Guests can't see attachments.
 

I have made double sure that all settings are correct. In usergroup permissions it is set to 'yes' to view thumbnails. In forum permissions it is set correctly. Yet guests can still not see the thumbnails. There is just a link to the image.

When I change the setting to 'yes' guests can download attachments, then only can they see the images. Yet I don't want this.

Also, why is just the opening post normal, and every other post all the content is centered in IE??
