CMS 2 sidebar, 1 column CMS grid and content
 

I am new to vBulletin. Where do I find or how do I create a custom CMS grid with 2 sidebars and 1 content column?

I wanted something similar in appearance to hipforums.com's main home page. My site will have the following items in sidebars: classifieds, recent blog posts, a news RSS feed, videos, and the latest poll. The center content column would be Active forum treads.

After creating the grid, how do I populate the center content column with active treads from the forum?
