If the member receives a new reputation rating, then show this in the notification menu:
New reputation ratings: 3

Link that to the userCP where the ratings are received.

Better yet, would be to show each rating in the notifications dropdown:
You have received 4 reputation points and a comment in the thread 'some thread name'.
