Forum IMage url's attachments
 

The image url's are not "images" they are attachments so they don't work when trying to set it as a blog background. So stupid!

This problem with images is longstanding with vbulletin.

If you go to a users profile and view an image in an album the image url is something like:

http://www.example.com/forum/attachm...achmentid=1896

instead of an actual .jpg image.

That is so stupid! It doesn't work when trying to embed it in the forum using the url because it isn't recognized as an image, but an attachment instead. This problem never seems to be addressed or resolved with vbulletin.

Why do they insist on making all the images attachments instead of saving them as actual images?!?!? I'm so sick of these stupid quirks with vbulletin that make it impossible to do the most basic, simplest of tasks.

Can this be resolved?
