CCBill Subscriptions Hello, i wondered if any of you have the same problem, I'm on 3.8.4 PL1 and the subscriptions for the most part work using ccbill, but i see sometimes users who have had a previous subscription (which has worked) then re-sign up for a new subscription just to get the message from ccbill "declined due to You currently have a subscription and are unable to signup" Now i don't know what happened here, either their previous subscription which to my records went all ok... BUT didn't cancel them from ccbill... they attempt to re-sign and so this happens... Can you advise me? thanks |
