منتدى استراحات زايد - Sub-Forum's not showing up???

Hello,

I have problems displaying sub-forums on my home page after following the instructions i found after googling around, my sub-forums still dont display on the forum home page.

Example

I have a:
"Category 1"
--Forum
----Sub-Forum
----Sub-Forum
----Sub-Forum
--Forum
----Sub-Forum
----Sub-Forum

It doesn't seem to want to display the sub-forums as small links below the parent forum inside the category.... Not sure what the heck i am doing wrong, but i have tried setting the depth greater in admincp -> vbulletin options -> Forum Listings Display Options

As you can see, the sub-forum doesnt show up under Site Suggestions as i would like it to.

but if you go into suggestions, there is the sub-forum.

I'm looking to have it look something like this

see the sub-forums listed there? Why is mine not behaving like that?

Or the way that yours does here on the vbulletin forums in the top of this screenshot?
