Attachment - unregisted users see the image and registed users get a link to it
 

I'm using 3.6.7PL1. I have it set up so Registered Users cannot upload attachments but can view them i.e. I have "Can Download Attachments" set to Yes in Forum Viewing Permission. This setting is also turned on for Unregisted/Not Logged In users. In the vBulletin Options i have "View Attached Images Inline" set to Yes.

I'm wondering why the Unregistered/Not Logged In users can see a thumbnail of the image in my post as Admin but the Registered Users get a link to click instead of an image. I would like the Registed Users to see the image instead of the link to it.

Can I get some thoughts on this?
