Forum Zip file attachment upload limit
 

When I upload a 631KB zip file using the attachment manager on my vB 4.0.2 installation, I get an exclamation icon stating "Your file of 631KB exceeds the forum's limit of 97.7 KB for this file type." I have attempted to research upload problems in vB, but am still unable to find a solution. My server limits would appear to be accurate (see attached screen-shot). Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere?
