CMS Add new Content type - Rapid Prototyping
 

We always have to create new directories in the packages directory if we want to code own content types.
For example:
packages/ragtek_linklist/collection
packages/ragtek_linklist/collection/content
packages/ragtek_linklist/content
packages/ragtek_linklist/item
packages/ragtek_linklist/item/content
etc...

What about a feature which makes this easier and creates all the folders and files automatic?
All the rapid prototyping frameworks have a cl tool where you can create views/models/etc automatic...
It would be also possible to have a page in the acp where you would need to write your package name and some other infos and the script would create all the things for you..

For example: create the add-on, create the packageentry in the database, create the installcode (atm we have to do this all manual...)

Because i think vbulletin solutions wouldn't make that, maybe a 3rd party developer could create something like this?;)
