CMS Assigning a category to an article
 

We're having some issues assigning categories to articles on my forums. The problem isn't the actual adding them, but in finding the correct category.

Let me explain my section layout:


Home
--Group 1
---About
---Links
--Group 2
---About
---Links
Etc...

So we have members that are only allowed access into specific groups, and not other groups. When someone goes to add an article, they see all of the category names. As you can see, some of them are named the same because... per group, they should be named the same.

Now, I could prefix the category name with something, but honestly that becomes pretty ugly and breaks things up more. It also shows people that there are things they might not have access to, because their categories are called out, etc. Not a big deal there, but just another issue.

Anyway, is there any solution to this issue? If there's not a solution to this issue currently, what I'd like to see is the hierarchy of the categories displayed as it is in the admin editor for categories.
